Open Enrollment Notice

2024 Open Enrollment for State of California- and California State University (CSU)-sponsored dental and vision plans is September 16 to October 11. Changes made during Open Enrollment take effect January 1, 2025.

Active Members

If you're eligible, you have 60 calendar days from your appointment date to request enrollment in dental and/or vision coverage or you can enroll during Open Enrollment.
